- This paper presents the observation of current understanding of periodicity of solar wind parameters and solar magnetic field during solar cycle 23. The Morlet wavelet technique has been employed time series of the solar wind observed by Ulysses and ACE. The Ulysses mission provide the first direct measurement of features of high heliol attitude solar wind parameters. Solar activity makes its presence in heliosphere during all phases of solar cycle. Wavelet spectrum of solar wind velocity, temperature, density and magnetic field analyzed. Studies shows that periodic features of solar wind parameters and magnetic field varies in descending and ascending phase
